Updated timings and bus services

Dear All,

As we prepare to come together once again for another fun filled hackathon we just wanted to share some slight agenda timing shifts as follows:

Those coming on the HKG bus, this will have two stops (1) Marriott Nashan then (2) Hamps hotel. Please get off at the correct stop and check in & get ready.

15:00-16:30 checking in hotel HAMPS & Marriott

At 1630 a bus will leave the Marriott to bring everyone staying there to the hackathon location.

Those staying at the Hamps, you are lucky its within walking distance and ICCS staff will guide you all the way.

16:55 -17:00 walking to the opening ceremony location, Nan Shan Virtual University ((ICCS staff will wait at the hotel entrance and guide you to the Virtual University)
17:00-17:30 registration
17:30- 18:30 opening
18:30-20:30 dinner together (shuttle bus to the restaurant and then back to the hotels)

On saturday morning;

07:30 a bus will leave the Marriott to the Virtual University
07:50 Walking from HAMPS to the Virtual University (ICCS staff will guide you to your team offices)
14:00 -24:00 open air camping, serving coffee, ice cream, snacks, in the evening beers
